Virus. Shingles. Interior

Valhrona Chocolate Ocado

But today I took my camera and I decided to make a classic dish, but all that crazy (or almost).
I state that I love rice in all versions, and I love to unlimited mushrooms ^ _ ^.

Salve a tutti/e!! Oggi giorno di relax post-esame, e cosa c'era di meglio se non cimentarmi in nuove ricette??!! ^_^

Lasagne prosciutto e formaggio
Io ho usato la pasta verde, perchè l'avevo a disposizione in casa, ma si può fare tranquillamente anche con quella bianca. Prima sbollentate i fogli di pasta, successivamente cospargere la teglia con un filo d'olio (a vostro piacimento anche il burro) e stendete la pasta, poi mettete due fette di prosciutto cotto e 3-4 di sottiletta.
Continuate così fino alla fine, generalmente si fanno massimo quattro strati; fino ad ottenere questo risultato:



infornate, in un forno pre-riscaldato, a 180° per circa 20 minuti.
Ed ecco le lasagne...




n.b: mettere a fine cottura il parmigiano grattugiato sopra, in quanto con il calore si scioglierà. Se lo mettete prima della cottura tenderà a bruciare ed a seccare le vostre lasagne.

Pandoro al Mascarpone

Possiamo definirla una ricetta di riuso, in quanto dopo le feste ci rimangono sempre dei Pandori inutilizzati in casa.
-un pandoro
-delle gocce o scaglie di cioccolato
-3 rossi d'uovo, 200 gr di zucchero, 500 gr di mascarpone.
Versiamo i rossi in una ciotola ed uniamo lo zucchero; mescoliamo energicamente fino ad ottenere uno zabaione. Unite poi il mascarpone e mescolate fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.


Tagliate il pandoro a fette e iniziate a farcire con il mascarpone ed unite il cioccolato




finite con una spolverata di zucchero a velo.



n.b: lasciatelo riposare per qualche ora in frigo prima di servirlo.

Salve a tutti,
ieri sera per cena ho fatto il Coniglio alla Cacciatora.
E' una carne molto magra quindi va bene per molti usi e cotture, ma se fatta al forno bisogna tenere conto di alcuni accorgimenti.
