These last days have been busy, always on the books to give the last exam of the year!
now spend the holidays with my family boyfriend ... and a bit of relaxation, after which get myself on the books to prepare the three exams in January and February 2nd!

Fortunately this year I arrived on time, and I do not get fitted first to the last minute!
On the table for the holidays, what will you find? So many good dishes, but most traditional!
There will certainly be sweet, and binge eating, but always listen to your body, and if you are ... full stop! Rest and these lunches and dinners are always very stressful for our body.
So at least 45 minutes of exercise three times a week (the gyms are open at this time and especially a beautiful ^_^), purifying herbal tea, to cleanse the body.
