Ingredients:

Scusate l'assenza ma ho dati gli ultimi esami, e posso affermare che la sessione è conclusa...stò ancora aspettando dei risultati ma posso dire (incrociando le dita) che è FINITA! :)
Ecco che stamattina ho voluto fare dei biscotti alla marmellata.

Ingredienti:
*Pasta frolla (un panetto o rotolo surgelato)
*Marmellata
*Zucchero a velo

Stendiamo bene la pasta frolla con il mattarello, usando la farina in modo che non attacchi e non si rompa.

Mentre lavorate la pasta; deve avere uno spessore di mezzo dito; iniziate a pre-riscaldare il forno a 200°, ventilato.
Prendete una formina rotonda, o un bicchiere e cominciate a fare dei cerchi


Metà li lascierete interi, mentre nell'altra metà farete un buco in mezzo. Ci sono in commercio forme apposite per questo, ma potete usare semplicemente un coltello, come ho fatto io, e lavorare il cerchietto.
